At Svalbard the rein dear has no natural enemies, so there is no need for them to travel in heard, so you can meet individuals like this in the middle of town, and they are not afraid of humans, not much of a challenge during hunting season
Svaldbard has special tax rules, so many things are cheaper here than on the mainland. Especially everything that is unhealthy, so we had to stop by the liquor store on our way back.
Well, one week at Svalbard went fast, I do not think I want to live here, I am to much of a summer person for that.
But it is definitely worth a visit.
