Back in the 90's, I found that the domain arild.com had not been taken yet.
Since Arild is actually my name, the temptation became to big and I became the proud owner
without actually knowing what to do with this site.
I have still not completely figured that out, but for now this my small hobby project where I put out images. The focus is mainly on trips in Norway or other parts of the world. You will not spend much time on this site before you discover that I have an interest for high mountains. Hopefully these pages will have some interest to my traveling buddies, and if it in addition can inspire other people to do a bit of globetrotting and living an active life, then these pages might have a purpose after all? Anyway, both form and content will probably change over time, depending on the technology and ideas i choose to pursuit. The frequency of update varies with available time and enthusiasm.
So I guess all that remains for me is to apologize to other people called Arild!
